Questions about the facebook death app

when I read this article some questions came to mind.  If you use this app what happens if your "Trustees" pass away before you do what do you do then?  One other questions what happens if say you don't have three friends can you not use this app.

    If you don't have 3 friends, you probably do not need FB. Well, I think that will be my case.
